Grillo rebuffs Bersani advances
ベルサーニからの協働打診に関して、グリッロは「伝統的政党の率いる政権には一切投票しない、ただし個別の法案については考える」と玉虫色の回答。ブログの方ではトーキングデッドだの政治的ストーカーだのと言いたい放題にこき下ろしまくりという。
Mr Grillo said on Twitter that Five Star "will not give any vote of confidence in the Democratic Party (PD) or anybody else but will vote in the chamber for laws which reflect its programme".

2つの教員組合、クロークパーク合意延長を拒絶する構え
Teacher unions recommend rejection of Croke Park deal
来る投票で新しいクロークパーク合意に反対することをメンバーに推奨する組合に、新たにThe Teachers Union of IrelandとIrish Federation of University Teachersが加わった模様。Association of Higher Civil and Public Servantsの執行部は前日(27日の記事なので、現地26日ということになる)、既に反対を決めていた。
一方、Irish National Teachers' Organisation(INTO)は9時間に渡るミーティングの末、32000人の会員に反対を勧めるかどうかの決定を延期した。執行部のミーティングは金曜(つまり今日)再開される予定。Civil Public and Services Union(CPSU)はインダストリアルアクションについての協議をメンバー間で始めたいと表明した。同組合のNothing More To Giveキャンペーンのローンチ記者会見に現れた事務局長のEoin Ronayneさんはミーティングは明日(つまり昨日)開かれるだろう、新クロークパーク合意への反対推薦が一番ありそうな結果であると述べた。
Nothing More To Giveキャンペーンについての覚書
CPSUは下級事務員を代表する組合であり、政府が終末の話し合いで35000ユーロ以下クラスの職員らへの賃金と労働条件について再交渉しなかったのは失敗であると述べている。大体どれくらいの収入レベルなのかというとこれくらい。

このアイルランドにおける経済危機下の公務員の扱い、新聞の記事だけ散漫に見ていてもなんとな～く感じられる世論の関心の薄さに多分組合も危惧を覚えるのであろう。これは(日本にもある)公務員=安定した高給取りというイメージによるのではという推測にも当然光が当たる。

もちろん前述のように公務員としては安い方に属するCPSU組合員たちにとっては謂われのない偏見な訳で、組合員に彼らが抱える生活の問題を語ってもらうというキャンペーンが考案されたのもそういう職場内外の気分に影響されてのものだろう。そのキャンペーンというのが前述のNothing More To Giveである。記事の末尾でフレックスタイム(これもアウトソーシングと並んでCPSUが気にかける交渉点である)が必要な職員の事例が軽く紹介されているので引用してみる。
Conor McDonald, a 34-year-old father-of-two working in the Revenue Commissioners, one of the members who volunteered to share his story, said he brings home €430 per week after tax but argued that changes to flexi-time arrangements at local level were punitive.
“One of the things that attracted me to the public service was the actual flexi-time,” he said.
“The grandparents of the kids spend a lot of time looking after them [but] if they have something on, it’s necessary for me to have an element of flexibility.”
